US IT Recruiter (Govt/ State)
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements of the IT department.
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and the nuances of what makes an ideal candidate for specific IT roles.
  • Experience working with healthcare and Non IT requirements too.
  • Prior experience with State clients is good to have.
